Ingredients (makes ~24 bites)

  • 240g rolled oats

  • 90g (3 scoops) 1st Phorm Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder

  • 240g nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

  • 80–100g honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional, for extra warmth)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Optional: 40g mini chocolate chips, 30g chia seeds or flax seeds, 40g dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Add any optional seeds or dried fruit.

  2. Warm wet ingredients: Gently heat the nut butter and honey/maple syrup for 20–30 seconds until soft and pourable.

  3. Combine: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. If too dry, add 1–2 tsp milk.

  4. Form bites: Roll into 24 balls (~20g each). Chill for 10–15 minutes if the mixture is sticky.

  5. Chill & store: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
